Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, at Vino Nordica we have a minimum order value of €60. This helps us keep costs down and ensures that we can offer wines of the highest quality to our customers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment provider, which allows you to pay securely with both debit and credit cards. We have chosen not to offer Klarna or invoicing for private customers, as we encourage direct payment to help promote financial responsibility.

Delivery & Age Verification

Do you deliver to my address?

Yes, we deliver to your address or to the nearest pickup point in your area. We provide a tracking service so you can follow your package throughout its journey, and we always ensure that the delivery is handled by a secure delivery company that complies with EU legislation and maintains high quality.

Do I need to show ID upon delivery?

Yes, the person who placed the order must always receive the package to ensure it is delivered to the correct individual. The recipient must be at least 20 years old, especially if the order contains alcoholic products.

Delivery Time

Due to the current global situation and significantly increased costs for oil and gas, we have adjusted our delivery routines. In order to continue offering quality wines at competitive prices, we now use a coordinated delivery model.

Standard deliveries take place twice a month, where orders are collected and distributed together. This may result in a few days longer delivery time than before.

For faster delivery, we offer express delivery for a fee of €19.

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel or return my order?
You are always welcome to cancel your purchase before receiving your order confirmation. If you are not satisfied with your product or if it does not meet the expectations promised by Vino Nordica, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with EU consumer protection laws on distance selling. This right is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the product. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

What happens if bottles are broken during shipping?
