red color with ruby tones in the rim. On the nose the barrel appears first with notes of vanilla, toasted spices and licorice. Complex and delicate
aroma. The palate is very clean, round taste.

than 50 years old, at 700 meters above sea level. Winemaking made with harvest by hand.
Fermentation 15 days at 25ºC.
Aging: 12 months in American oak barrels.
Taste of cherry color with ruby

Tasting of Cherry red color in the medium-high glass. Powerful on the nose, clean, and complex. Aromas of ripe fruit and hints of new wood stand out. Well-constructed on the palate, balanced, full-bodied.

Tasting of Violet ruby red color
with purplish rim and lively youthful hues. Attractive fresh aroma, fruity and sweet, with lots of fruit on the nose and clean aromas with notes of red
and black fruits. The palate has a fleshyentry, with lots of fruit sensations.
DELAMPA CENTENARIO
RED WINE
100 years old and pre-phylloxera at 900 meters. Aging 15 months in new 500-liter American and French oak barrels.
Tasting of Dark purple color with mahogany reflections. Intense aroma of ripe black fruit. Long and persistent nose, with notes of chocolate andtobacco. The palate is complex, oily
and unctuous, with noble tannins.
MR. JENARES CHARDONNAY
WHITE WINE
100% Chardonnay.
Continental with Mediterranean influence. Winemaking is made by manual harvest with fermentation in new 225-liter French barrels on lees. 4 months.
Tasting of Intense yellow color
with golden reflections and a fine tear. Clean and expressive on the nose, with notes of tropical fruits and smoke. In the mouth it is fleshy, with a pleasant
passage and persistent finish.
ÉXODO AZUL
WHITE WINE
100% Sauvignon Blanc with a
slight touch of small-grain Muscatel. Continental with
Mediterranean influence.
Winemaking and harvested at night so that the grapes arrive at the winery at a temperature lower than 10º Celsius
Tasting is clean and bright
with yellow tones. Intense aromas of grapefruit and lime mixed with soft loral aromas and in which the typical aromaticity of Muscatel stands out. Extremely fresh wine with a lively and
long floral persistence.

Vines trellised with controlled ripening for optimal extraction of all grapes. Continental style influenced by the Mediterranean, with hot summers and cold winters and low rainfall.
Pink color with vibrant, bright, and clean reflections, characteristic of its freshness and youth. Intense aromas of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, with subtle notes of orange blossom and a citrus touch that adds liveliness.

In a modest barn, Don Julián Santos gave life to our legacy: Bodegas Delampa. With his own hands, a few artisanal barrels, and grapes harvested from the village's vines, he dedicated nights of effort and ingenuity to experimenting and perfecting his passion for wine. Thus was born a tradition that endures to this day: Bodegas Delampa.
