Tharsys Único Brut Reserva 2019 is anorganiccava made exclusively with Garnacha Tinta grapes, pressed without contact with the skin to obtain a sparkling white wine with all the structure of a red grape. This signature cava combines artisanal tradition, organic viticulture, and aging in stacks for over 36 months. Its hand-fired ceramic label is a tribute to the land and Valencian art.

Cerámica Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2019is along-aged organic cavamade exclusively with Chardonnay grapes grown in the Pago de Tharsys region. This special cuvée is presented in a bottle decorated with a handcrafted ceramic label, a symbol of its connection to the land and Mediterranean tradition. Aged for over 60 months in stacks without the addition of expedition liqueur, it offers a pure, elegant, and complex expression of our terroir.

PDT Rosado Cerámica BN Gran Reserva 2019is anorganic cava made exclusively with Garnacha and aged for over 50 months in stacks. With its elegant onion-skin color and fine bubbles, this sparkling rosé expresses great freshness, structure, and complexity. Each bottle is decorated with a fired ceramic label, a tribute to the land and the region's artisanal traditions.

Tharsys X Brut Nature Xarel·lo 2019 is a Gran Reserva organic cava, made exclusively with Xarel·lo grapes from a small 0.4 ha plot in Pago de Tharsys. With more than 34 months of aging in stacks and manual disgorging in batches, this artisanal sparkling wine stands out for its vibrancy, freshness, and elegance. Its fired ceramic label symbolizes art, longevity, and purity.

Pago de Tharsys is a beautiful winery surrounded by 14 hectares of ORGANIC VINEYARDS located in Requena, 70 km from Valencia, at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level.
The winery dates back to 1808, and from that distant era it preserves its UNDERGROUND CELLAR excavated in the great LIMESTONE mother rock on which our entire vineyard sits and is what makes the wines and cavas we produce unique and exceptional.
Our motto, "Unique by Nature," reflects our commitment tosustainabilityand respect for thenatural environmentwhere our wines are born and make them unique. We cultivate the vineyard according to the principles oforganic viticulture, use solar energy, recycle materials and waste, protect native flora and fauna, promote local work, and actively collaborate with local artisans and producers.
Cava is in the DNA of Pago de Tharsys, with over 50 years of experience in producing high-quality sparkling wines. Our winery specializes in long aging and elegantly crafted cavas, where the terroir is imbued with aroma and flavor.
